Job Summary
The Supply Management Specialist will support sourcing and supply management activities while working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, design engineers, and management. The role requires strong project management, negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, and prioritization skills, along with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience includes supplier management, material flow, scheduling, forecasting, logistics, SAP/PDM, data analysis, cost reduction, and change management.

- Previous experience leading teams or managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to collaborate on project teams across multiple disciplines and facilities to deliver expected results
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with design engineers, suppliers, and management
- Experience with negotiation and conflict resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and documentation skills across multiple levels of an organization
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, shifting priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and systems skills, including:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
