Services Engagement Supervisor

Job Type: W2, Contract

Job Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $35.00 – $40.00 an hour, dependent on benefits

 

Role Overview

The Services Engagement Supervisor acts as a strategic partner to assigned services management, ensuring daily operations are executed with precision and urgency. This role demands a high level of resourcefulness, strong communication skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a process-driven mindset with flexible problem-solving capabilities.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Serve as a liaison between Services departments, Sales teams, and clients to support service delivery within the assigned segment/region.
  • Monitor and report on Sales pipeline to support services forecasting and resource fulfillment.
  • Review and approve Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure compliance with the client’s standards and risk management protocols.
  • Sign and execute SOWs within contract thresholds.
  • Manage full life-cycle operational engagement and project delivery.
  • Ensure timely and accurate revenue and cost recognition.
  • Oversee resource fulfillment requests and ticketing.
  • Resolve escalated customer service issues strategically.
  • Provide actionable intelligence to Services Managers.
  • Build trusted partnerships with assigned Services Managers.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Approve system entries and financial documents (invoices, credit memos, etc.) for assigned customers.
  • Participate in tool and process improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate engagement methodologies and best practices.
  • Promote and share operational best practices.
  • Support the vision, goals, and strategies of Services Operations.
  • Contribute to team meetings and collaborative efforts.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Leadership, or Technology.
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience, OR
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
