Project Coordinator

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- (Flexible options: 8:00–4:30, 8:30–5:00, or 9:00–5:30)
Job Location: Vernon Hills, Illinois 60061
Onsite Requirement: Report to on-site once per week
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.25 per hour
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Project Manager and project teams by ensuring efficient execution and resource utilization. This role is responsible for keeping projects on track, avoiding unnecessary tasks, and driving timely completion of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Develop and maintain detailed work plans, project estimates, and status reports
- Track project progress and perform analysis to ensure cost-effective execution
- Monitor and manage critical milestones to deliver optimal customer experiences
- Conduct economic and operational assessments to support decision-making

Education & Experience

- 0–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or related roles
