Shipping Associate – Batesville, IN

Site: Batesville, IN – Lammer’s Pike (IN0309)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Big Joe order pickers and other forklifts safely and efficiently
- Utilize UPS/FedEx shipping software to process outbound shipments
- Pick and prepare customer orders for delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating forklifts (Big Joe preferred)
- Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping platforms
- Ability to lift and move packages as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset
