We had the pleasure of hosting the Great Lakes Women’s Business Council’s WBE forum, connecting WBEs from the region to discuss corporate supplier diversity practices. Our President and moderator, Rebecca Bray, led engaging discussions with distinguished leaders, including Lisa Pointer from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Tammi Hart from Tenneco, and Shannon Ellison from Flex-N-Gate.
Representatives from these companies discussed strategies to grow supplier diversity programs, emphasizing the importance of building inclusive supply chains and creating opportunities for diverse suppliers to thrive.
