?? Role Overview
- Lead digital product and program initiatives for aftermarket parts and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture).
- Define and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
- Own product backlog, feature prioritization, and release planning.
- Track lifecycle costs and manage stakeholder expectations.
? Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in software product ownership or program management.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
- Certifications: Product / Program Management certifications preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Microservices, UX/UI, infrastructure security.
- AI/ML/GenAI models.
- AWS/Azure, data analytics, API commercialization.
- Software engineering lifecycle (Prototype ? Production).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
