Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role focuses on recruiting for management and salaried (white collar) positions, with an emphasis on engineering and product management talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with organizational goals, leveraging data, technology, and best practices to attract top-tier candidates.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruiting strategies that support business objectives.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Utilize Workday, CRM tools, and advanced sourcing technologies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Develop and execute sourcing plans to attract diverse talent while maintaining cost-effective hiring practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal clients, ensuring responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Analyze short- and long-term talent needs and proactively build candidate pipelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition within a technology-driven environment.
- Ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities and decisions.
Years of Experience and Education
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate recruiting or sourcing, preferably in engineering or product management domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
Skills Required
- Proven success in in-house recruitment within a corporate setting.
- Fluency in hiring for engineering (electrical or other disciplines) and product management roles.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and effective communication.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday) and CRM tools.
- Ability to adapt to international environments and collaborate across global teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
