HR Associate
Location: Lisle, IL 60532
Schedule: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $25/hour, with 1 week of PTO
Overview:
Our Automotive client is seeking an HR Associate to join their team in Lisle, IL. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of HR experience or recent graduates with internship experience. The HR Associate will provide direct support to employees, HR groups, and management, handling a variety of HR-related transactions in a fast-paced, centralized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn new processes and systems quickly; adapt to changing priorities
- Monitor the general HR email inbox, create HR cases, and assign to appropriate consultants
- Provide direct support to employees, HR teams, and management
- Respond to requests regarding HR policies and programs, routing inquiries as needed
- Process paper and electronic forms for HR activities (onboarding, status changes, evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc.)
- Enter employee data into HRIS and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree (no experience required) OR at least 1 year of HR experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (preferred)
- Ability to work onsite Monday–Thursday and remotely on Fridays
