About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and creative Content Operator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage merchandising campaigns using internal proprietary tools, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Review and modify assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and app store policies.
- Write compelling editorial content and copy tailored to end users, highlighting app features, updates, and promotions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content projects.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current processes and suggest actionable solutions to optimize productivity.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Visual Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in content operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Airtable and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, etc.).
- Fast learner with a resourceful mindset and adaptability to new tools and processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in the mobile app or gaming industry is a plus.
- Korean language proficiency is a plus.
