- Title: MOCI Process Specialist
- Location: East Moline, IL
- Duration: 12 months (W2 contract)

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX, Product Owners, internal customers, and dev teams
- Lead cross-product UAT and automated testing consultation
- Manage test data and train users on new functionality
- Support UX mockups, audit reporting, and system security
- Analyze user feedback to improve testing quality
Required Skills
- 2+ years working with diverse user groups
- 1+ years using SQL, Python, DataBricks, Tableau, etc.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Basic project management experience
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel (up to 10%)
- Fluent English communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of MOCI and its integrations
- Experience in multicultural teams
- Familiarity with EPDP (Enterprise Product Delivery Process)
- Microsoft SharePoint experience
