  • Federal Contract Support: Provide administrative support to Federal Program Managers across multiple contracts.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure all activities align with federal regulations to minimize risk.
  • Product Management: Add products to contracts for various government agencies.
  • Email & Communication Management: Respond promptly to internal and external customer requests.
  • Contract Deliverables: Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  • Inbox Monitoring: Manage contract-related email boxes for product updates and pricing changes.
  • Order Routing: Maintain contract routers and process orders per instructions.
  • Issue Escalation Awareness: Recognize when to escalate or resolve concerns.

  • Federal Agencies Familiarity: Understanding of how federal organizations operate.
  • Government Procurement Processes: Knowledge of forms like Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
  • Internal Systems Experience: Especially with CDW/G systems (if applicable).

  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of general office experience
  • 3 years of contracts experience
  • 3 years of experience with internal CDW/G systems
