- Product Management: Add products to contracts for various government agencies.
- Email & Communication Management: Respond promptly to internal and external customer requests.
- Contract Deliverables: Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Inbox Monitoring: Manage contract-related email boxes for product updates and pricing changes.
- Order Routing: Maintain contract routers and process orders per instructions.
- Issue Escalation Awareness: Recognize when to escalate or resolve concerns.
