Technical Business Analyst (Salesforce)
Location: Nashville, TN (1 day in office, onsite full-time in 2026)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm, some flex on start and end times)

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Under minimal supervision, provide definition, business analysis, and implementation of significant multi-phased projects, to provide business solutions to the assigned area.
- Provide research and assistance in design of systems to support business processes.
- Provide business technical assistance and guidance related to the architectural design and planning of computer systems and resources for the assigned area.
- Develop and provide training as required.
- Appreciable latitude for unreviewed actions and decisions is within the scope of delegated authority.
Typical Task Breakdown:
- Attend Agile ceremonies amongst team members and give status updates as needed
- Create user stories
- Define testing and requirements

Education & Experience Required:
- 5-7 years’ experience required (Internship experience counts).
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
Top 3 Skills:
- Writing complex user stories (API calls, Batch jobs)
- Experience with Salesforce (gathering business requirements and testing)
- Ability to communicate technical and business concepts
