Technical Project Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: W2 Contract, 3 months
Pay: $73-75/hr

Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects and Agile value streams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional leadership, and is passionate about delivering technology-driven solutions that enhance enterprise productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-based solutions using SDLC and Agile methodologies (SAFe, Waterfall).
  • Manage IT application and infrastructure change requests, approvals, and production releases.
  • Drive effective change management across all organizational levels.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through clear communication and tailored messaging.
  • Coach teams to optimize performance and quality, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
  • Define project scope, schedule, and deliverables while maintaining regular value delivery.
  • Support product owners in stakeholder communications and expectation management.
  • Document project artifacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
  • Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Use tools like ServiceNow to track team progress, velocity, and performance.
  • Report on team metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives across Enterprise Support, Collaboration, Application, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and M&A services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and tools.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Industry certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Six Sigma are a plus.
