Job Title: Sr. Software Developer

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (50% in-office, 50% remote)
Pay Range: $68 – $73 per hour + optional benefits

Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer with full proficiency in technical development and proven leadership capabilities. This role involves full-stack development and backend API engineering for applications, specifically focused on Spraying logistics.
Responsibilities
- Develops web applications for Spraying logistics
- Leads features for a team of developers to implement, test, and support in a production environment
- Collaborates with Product Managers, User Experience, and other support roles to discover and define product requirements
- Follows industry-standard agile software design methodology and techniques
Required Skills
- Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Node JS
- Strong experience in using and designing REST APIs in Spring Boot
- Experience in AWS ECS, SQS, Cloudwatch, and ElastiCache for Redis
- Experience with Test Driven Development, test automation, CI/CD (Cypress, GitHub Actions)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within a cross functional team and across time zones
- Knowledge of Typescript
