Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Irving, TX
Details: Contract with ongoing need, opportunities for direct hire, fully onsite role
Pay Rate: $19.00 – 22.00 based on the inclusion of benefits
Job Summary
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle by coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with recruiting policies and procedures. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Generate offer letters and manage pre-hire documentation
- Support background checks, reference checks, and onboarding tasks
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft)
- Ensure timely completion of tasks in line with defined SLAs
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and candidates
Years of Experience and Education
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, including volume hiring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Skills Required
Technical Skills (Required):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with web/computer-based applications
Technical Skills (Desired):
- Familiarity with Workday or similar recruiting platforms
