Job Title: Workforce Management HR Analyst

Contract Type: W2 – 12 Months (Potential to Extend)
Location: Amana, IA
Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 Days per Week
Pay Range: $25-30/hour


Job Description

We are seeking a Workforce Management HR Analyst to join our team in Amana, IA. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR operations, workforce planning, and employee engagement. You’ll play a key role in supporting employees and leaders, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning activities: staffing levels, timekeeping, job bidding, shift assignments, and employee data management.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on local HR policies and practices.
  • Support employees and leaders with inquiries, concerns, and workplace investigations.
  • Lead and contribute to HR Operations projects with feedback and continuous improvement ideas.
  • Collect and analyze turnover and absenteeism data.
  • Collaborate with on-site HR personnel to share best practices.
  • Administer annual HR processes: enrollment, engagement surveys, wage planning, and adjustments.
  • Partner across HR Operations on employee relations and timekeeping systems.
  • Flex schedule occasionally to support all operational shifts.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required for conversion to full-time employee.
  • Will accept 3+ years of HR or administrative experience in:
    • Employee data management
    • Employee relations
    • Local HR policy guidance
    • Project management

Preferred Skills

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify trends and root causes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite.
