Key Responsibilities
- Utilize, calibrate, and configure laboratory testing systems and instruments.
- Conduct testing and analysis related to:
- Electrical circuits
- Signal integrity
- I-V and RF tests
- Optical microscopy
- Manage procurement and inventory control of lab supplies and equipment.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to lab technicians, engineers, and other team members.
- Ensure compliance with ISO accreditations and audit requirements.
- Generate detailed technical reports and deliver clear presentations.
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
Education: Minimum Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
Experience: 4+ years of related industry experience with hands-on work using lab tools and basic test equipment.
Strong background in:
- Electrical testing (Signal Integrity, Circuit Design, I-V and RF tests)
- Optical methods (Thermal and Light Microscopy)
- Design tools (SolidWorks, 3D printing, CT scanning)
- Expertise in lab equipment protocols, calibration, and configuration.
- Experience in procurement and inventory management for laboratory supplies.
- Knowledge of ISO accreditation processes and audit requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and across departments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Python programming and foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Knowledge of materials analysis techniques such as DSC, TGA, XRF, and FTIR.
- Proven laboratory management and operations experience.
