Overview:
The Administrative Assistant II is a developing professional, gaining experience in higher-level administrative and support functions. This role involves performing complex, repetitive clerical and secretarial tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced administrative duties including typing, filing, dictation, data entry, and routine calculations.
  • Prepare and maintain forms, reports, sketches, and diagrams.
  • Operate various office equipment and use computer systems to enter, retrieve, and compile data.
  • Maintain daily production reports and assist with general office coordination.
  • Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements and office space logistics.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Support presentation development using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Track, maintain, and report on various inventories.
  • Manage complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Visio and OneNote is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • 2+ years of experience in a specialized or functional area.
  • Experience with electronic calendaring and scheduling for large groups.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
