What You’ll Do

  • Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers to gather and refine requirements.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Review and interpret API documentation to validate integrations and data flows.
  • Understand front-end UI/UX needs to guide conversations between business and development teams.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with customer needs and regulatory/financial requirements.

Must-Have Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Agile environments.
  • Salesforce experience (hands-on configuration, administration, or strong analyst role exposure).
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and ask the right questions.
  • Strong communication skills for both business and technical audiences.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Developer).
  • Experience with financial services or loan/lease management systems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and front-end frameworks.
