Overview
The Project Manager 2 will support the HR Planning Manager in developing and managing comprehensive project plans to successfully execute the People Team strategy. This role ensures risk identification and mitigation by partnering with key leaders to overcome barriers to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence across Samsung by enhancing Financial Management approval processes.
- Lead the implementation of the Monday.com pilot program, including project plan design and change management strategy.
- Maintain and enhance visibility on the HR Scorecard to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with People Leadership, HR Strategy, and Analytics teams to track meaningful MBO goals and KPIs.
- Facilitate development of the annual People Team Milestone calendar in Monday.com with clear objectives and timelines.
- Enhance visibility across the People Team on annual milestones and maintain status tracking.
- Support planning for communication forums to promote awareness and commitment to strategic priorities.
- Partner with leadership and Centers of Excellence to gather feedback, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in planning People Team Town Halls, including content development, speaker coordination, surveys, and engagement activities.
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests and support audits by ensuring timely information delivery.
Education & Experience
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
- Required: 5+ years of project management experience.
