On Friday, December 31, 2021, Epitec, Inc. acquired Computer Resource Solutions, Inc. d/b/a The CRS Group.

Tony Hollamon, Epitec’s Executive Vice President responsible for leading the integration of the CRS Group team into Epitec, said, “We are eager to unite Epitec and The CRS Group. The acquisition grows our number of recruiters to 80 recruiters, the number of Salespeople to 25, the number of consultants to 2,000 and adds a senior strategic leader.”
At the beginning of 2019, Epitec set about a strategy to grow from 100M to 200M in annual revenue, and from 1,000 consultants to 2,000 consultants by organic and acquired growth. Mark Ruma, COO for Epitec, said, “We are on track to exceed 200M in revenue and 2,000 consultants by 2023. We are most proud of our team’s ability to scale while continuing to provide excellent employee and customer service.”
