Provide calendar management support for the Chief Information Officer (CIO), including scheduling  and coordinating recurring meetings, one-on-one appointments, leadership meetings, and other standing commitments while managing scheduling conflicts and ensuring efficient use of time.

– Coordinate Information Technology Leadership Council (ITLC) meetings by managing schedules, distributing agendas and meeting materials, taking and distributing meeting notes, tracking action items, and facilitating Zoom meeting logistics.
– Support meeting logistics for department-wide forums, including scheduling, managing virtual meeting platforms, and disseminating related communications.

14 hours per week, flexible days (most likely 1 day/week will be 7 hours, with 2 additional days at 3.5 hours) MUST be available to work on Thursdays. Required Qualifications: proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: experience with supporting high-level management; friendly and collaborative; experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
