| Provide calendar management support for the Chief Information Officer (CIO), including scheduling and coordinating recurring meetings, one-on-one appointments, leadership meetings, and other standing commitments while managing scheduling conflicts and ensuring efficient use of time. – Coordinate Information Technology Leadership Council (ITLC) meetings by managing schedules, distributing agendas and meeting materials, taking and distributing meeting notes, tracking action items, and facilitating Zoom meeting logistics. 14 hours per week, flexible days (most likely 1 day/week will be 7 hours, with 2 additional days at 3.5 hours) MUST be available to work on Thursdays. Required Qualifications: proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: experience with supporting high-level management; friendly and collaborative; experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings. |
