Visitor Services Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, people-focused Visitor Services Coordinator to support two of our clients’ locations in Moline, IL. This role is fully onsite and is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and loves creating exceptional experiences for guests.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, coordinate factory tours, and ensure every guest has a safe, smooth, and memorable experience.
Work Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and confirm factory tours
- Welcome and check in visitors; provide site orientation
- Ensure PPE and safety compliance for all guests
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage visitor inquiries
- Support special tours, events, and VIP visits
- Maintain visitor logs, databases, waivers, and reporting
- Train and coordinate with tour guides
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement them
- Work independently while demonstrating strong initiative and professionalism
Qualifications
Preferred Education:
- Associate degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related field
Experience:
- 1–3 years in customer service, event coordination, hospitality, or visitor services
- Experience interacting with diverse groups and managing multiple tasks
Skills:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable adapting to changing schedules or needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
