Executive Assistant – Digital Product Leadership Support
Location: Dearborn, MI
Pay Rate: $20-24/hour
Contract Duration: 11 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Hybrid
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive operational support to senior leaders in Digital Product. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks—requiring strategic thinking, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to manage complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically manage calendars, meetings, and events across multiple time zones.
- Serve as a communication hub—prioritize and manage emails for timely follow-up.
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations with confidential data.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Process expense reports and invoices with accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate projects and processes: agendas, minutes, action tracking, and workflow optimization.
- Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Lead planning and execution of team events and workshops.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years supporting senior-level executives with operational and project coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, Miro).
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
