Role:
The Campaign Technical Developer is an integral piece to overall campaign management operations process. You will be responsible for working closely with the Campaign Management Leads to design, build, and execute Email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaign flow charts within Adobe Campaign for the internal Notification Platform.
• Responsibilities
o Configure workflows and deploy transactional and marketing Email and SMS messaging in Adobe Campaign v7, v8 and AJO
o Create and manage HTML templates in both UAT and Production environments
o Develop and test custom scripts for data manipulation and personalization (JavaScript)
o Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate and test with internal GM applications via APIs
o Monitor and troubleshoot environment, when necessary, working with Marketing Technology team and other internal GM tech teams
o Work closely with business stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and deliver technical solutions
o Knowledge of email best practices, including deliverability
o Ability to prioritize work and communicate schedule
Required Skill Set
Senior-Level Campaign Developer, highly skilled in Adobe Campaign (5+ years)
- Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner certified
- Experience with Adobe v7 (3+ year)
- Experience with Adobe v8 (3+ year)
- Experience with Adobe AJO (2+ year)
- Experience with AEM (2+ year)
- Experience with Adobe Message Center (2+ year)
- HTML expertise to create email HTML (3+ year)
- CSS proficiency
- Proficient with JavaScript
- Experience with debugging defects in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Problem-solving & critical thinking skills
- Experience with email rendering tools (like Litmus, Email on Acid)
Preferred
A. 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
B. Knowledge of Information Technology practices
C. Specific Industry knowledge
D. Attention to detail, important to monitor and audit
