Education & Experience Requirements:
• 10+ years in project or program management, including several years leading large-scale Agile transformations
• Bachelors Required, Masters Preferred
Summary:
Client is seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives. This role will drive cultural change, standardize practices, and ensure alignment between Agile teams and organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled in coaching, and passionate about fostering continuous improvement and empowerment across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate execution of transformation plans to roll out Agile practices across the organization
• Shift from command-and-control to a culture of support and empowerment
• Document and standardize Agile practices while allowing team-specific adaptations
• Ensure alignment of Agile teams’ work with strategic goals and business value
• Oversee delivery of large, complex programs with multiple interconnected projects
• Lead program-level ceremonies (Scrum of Scrums) and team-level ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives)
• Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure transformation success
• Use metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
• Act as a change agent promoting psychological safety and empowerment
• Resolve organizational blockers hindering Agile adoption
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams on Agile practices
Qualifications:
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and scaling frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Scrum at Scale)
• Proven ability to analyze and report on data to demonstrate progress and guide decision-makin
• Expertise in Agile metrics and their application at team and program levels
• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and dashboarding tools
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience leading software-related programs, especially in AdTech
• Familiarity with SAFe and other scaling frameworks
