Medicare Advantage Enrollment Analyst (Hybrid)

Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract, 12 months
Schedule: Onsite Monday & Tuesday at the Jefferson Office in Detroit
Department: MA Enrollment Operations
Pay Range: $30-35 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medicare Advantage Enrollment Analyst to support enrollment operations, system releases, testing activities, and process improvement initiatives. This position plays a key role in ensuring enrollment functionality aligns with CMS regulations, resolving system defects, supporting internal and external customers, and helping enhance operational workflows and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Medicare Advantage enrollment and disenrollment activities.
  • Perform system and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the IKA system.
  • Coordinate and support system releases and functionality updates.
  • Ensure processes and system functionality comply with CMS guidelines.
  • Identify, document, and assist in resolving system defects and discrepancies.
  • Analyze data and provide operational insights to support business decisions.
  • Develop and improve workflows to increase efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding enrollment-related issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Medicare Advantage field.
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage Enrollment and Disenrollment processes.
  • Strong understanding of CMS guidelines.
  • Experience with MARx.
  • Experience with IKA.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Ability to support internal and external customers effectively.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of CMS Chapter 2 guidelines.
  • Understanding of CMS thresholds and compliance timelines for discrepancy resolution.
  • Experience with system testing and UAT testing.
  • Process improvement experience, including Six Sigma or related methodologies.
