Epitec is seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst for an opportunity with our automotive client in Franklin, TN. As a Marketing Analyst, the candidate will play a pivotal role in translating customer and market research into actionable insights that directly shape marketing strategy, brand performance, and customer loyalty across global organizations.

  • This is an ongoing W2 contract with potential for conversion
  • This is a hybrid position in Franklin, TN (4 days onsite)
  • This position offers $33/hour, 10 days PTO, 16 Paid Holidays, medical/retirement contributions (if desired)

Top Responsibilities

  • Deliver voice-of-the-customer insights to support Marketing, Sales, and Service decision-making
  • Analyze primary and secondary research to understand customer perceptions, behaviors, and market trends
  • Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders
  • Build and present concise, executive-level presentations to regional and global leadership
  • Analyze loyalty, retention, and advocacy metrics to identify drivers of repeat purchase and brand preference
  • Evaluate owner vs. non-owner behavior, including loyalty, defection, and conquest trends
  • Support post-purchase and customer experience analysis to identify opportunities that improve satisfaction
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Service teams to strengthen brand loyalty initiatives
  • Contribute to new research initiatives and stay current on industry and consumer trends

Top Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required)
  • 1–3 years of experience in market research, customer insights, or automotive industry (required)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex data clearly
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for senior-level audiences
  • Experience with project management, process management, and budget tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with online survey tools and statistical analysis software
  • Experience managing or coordinating vendors (preferred)
