Pay: $26.44 per hour
Job Description:
The position involves testing or issue analysis (not solely analytics as in creating queries and databases). This role will be doing analysis/research, managing their assignments and testing to validate the resolutions based on the analysis, process improvements or implementation of products, new providers, etc.
Responsible for the management and maintenance of the following operational aspects of network programs, project/program management, initiative planning and implementation, administration including data maintenance/processing. Also, this role will conduct results reporting and analysis coordination and system testing.
Education and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of experience in managed care or network management involving independent work and judgment.
- 3 years of project management experience including leading and planning projects.
- Experience with issue analysis/research, identifying and capturing process improvements, testing experience, and experience leading projects.
- Managed care/network management database experience including knowledge of information flow.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Nice To Have:
- Familiar with government programs meaning Medicaid and Medicare products.
- Experience testing or analyzing issues and creating process improvements.
