Workday Consultant
Job Type: W2 Contract
Contract Duration: 12 Months, Possible Extension
Location: Richmond or Mclean VA, Plano, TX, New York City, NY
Work Schedule: Remote-occasional onsite needed at one of the above locations
Pay Rate: $55 – $57per hour
We are seeking a Workday Functional & Technical Consultant with hands-on experience supporting core Workday modules. This role will focus on both functional configuration and technical support across multiple Workday domains while collaborating with a globally distributed team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and technical support for Workday Recruiting, Benefits, and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules
- Partner with cross-functional and international stakeholders to support business processes and system enhancements
- Configure, test, and support Workday solutions to meet business and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with global teams across Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines
- Working on the backend in Java
Required Experience:
- Strong functional and technical experience with Workday Recruiting, Benefits, and HCM
- Experience working in a global environment supporting international teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
