Overview
We are seeking an experienced App Dev – Java Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of next-generation AI-powered applications. This role combines strong Java and Python development expertise with emerging Generative AI technologies, including AI agents, workflow orchestration, prompt engineering, and modern CI/CD practices.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications while leveraging GenAI frameworks and tools to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Python.
- Build and support AI-powered solutions utilizing Generative AI tools and frameworks.
- Develop and optimize LangGraph workflows for AI agent orchestration and multi-step reasoning processes.
- Design and implement integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect AI applications with enterprise systems and tools.
- Create, test, and refine prompts to improve AI application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, technical requirements, and implementation strategies.
- Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with best development practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Java development.
- Strong experience with Python development.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph.
- Experience implementing or supporting MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
- Experience utilizing Generative AI tools and AI application development.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering concepts and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI agents, RAG solutions, or LLM-powered applications.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application development.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
