Senior Full Stack Engineer 

Location: Mclean OR Richmond, Virgina
Job Type: W2
Schedule: Must sit onsite hybrid (Tue-Thu onsite, Mon & Fri remote)
Pay Range: $65-$70 an hour with benefits 

Overview

Join an Agile engineering team responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting modern full-stack applications. This role partners closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions that help millions of customers achieve financial empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack software solutions.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.
  • Build and maintain cloud-based solutions using modern development tools and frameworks.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying innovative solutions where appropriate.
  • Participate in internal and external technology communities and contribute to engineering best practices.
  • Mentor and support fellow engineers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.

  • Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, Go, SQL, HTML/CSS
  • Frameworks & Libraries: React.js, Jest, Open Source Frameworks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience not included).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with one or more of the following: JavaScript, React.js, Jest, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or similar technologies.
  • 4+ years of experience working with open-source frameworks.
  • 3+ years of experience working in Agile development environments.
