About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions to align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end functional design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll modules (earnings, deductions, taxes, legislative reporting).
- Gather and analyze complex business requirements; translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Configure and integrate Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) with Payroll for seamless time-to-pay processes.
- Design and test Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, accruals, and business rules.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, prototypes, CRPs, and UAT sessions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, reports, and customizations.
- Develop documentation, test scripts, and training materials; deliver end-user training.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM product enhancements and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll and OTL issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, Finance, or related field.
- Experience:
- 8+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud; 5+ years specializing in Oracle Fusion Payroll as Functional Architect or Lead Consultant.
- Oracle Payroll Cloud Certification required.
- Expertise in OTL configuration and Oracle Fast Formulas.
- Full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Payroll integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation).
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM Extracts.
- Ability to mentor junior team members.
