Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project support to the B2B Service Planning team.
- Create and maintain reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance B2B customer satisfaction.
- Support reporting efforts for senior leadership and global headquarters.
- Assist in developing and refining service processes aligned with customer expectations.
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution of team goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in administrative support and project management.
- Bilingual in English and Korean (reading and writing required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing projects or events.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
