Marketing Coordinator – Brand Concierge 
Bowling Green, KY (Onsite)
W2 CONTRACT 
$27.50/hr | Benefit Options 

DESCRIPTION
Support storytelling, employee engagement, plant communications, visitor experiences, and digital content initiatives. This role combines content creation, event support, visual storytelling, and project coordination to help showcase stories across internal and external audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Storytelling 

  • Plan, capture, and produce high-quality video, photography, and visual content for internal and external communications.
  • Create leadership messages, team huddle videos, plant storytelling content, event coverage, and short-form digital assets.
  • Capture and maintain plant b-roll, photography, and evergreen content for ongoing communication needs.
  • Manage and continuously improve a shared library of photos, videos, graphics, presentations, and other reusable assets.
  • Support content needs for media opportunities, VIP visits, recruiting efforts, employee recognition, and plant communications.

Visitor Experience & Event Support 

  • Enhance the visitor experience through engaging visuals, storytelling, and content creation.
  • Develop visitor materials, keepsakes, and supporting content that highlight the plant’s story and achievements.
  • Coordinate and support logistics for plant tours, Build Your Own (BYO) and engine build experiences, VIP/customer visits, and employee engagement events.
  • Provide on-site content capture and production support during events and special visits.

Digital Content & Employee Engagement

  • Develop platform-ready content for employee apps and other digital communication channels.
  • Create written copy, graphics, photos, and short-form videos tailored to specific audiences and platforms.
  • Analyze available engagement metrics and employee feedback to recommend improvements to content formats, timing, and messaging.

Project Organization & Process Management 

  • Maintain organized project files, content libraries, trackers, and documentation.
  • Develop and update simple runbooks for recurring activities, tours, events, meetings, and visitor experiences.
  • Create project timelines, production schedules, and checklists to ensure efficient execution and stakeholder visibility.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with plant leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Partner across functions to support communications, events, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a calm, solutions-focused approach when managing changing priorities and fast-paced situations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content production, events, or a related field.
  • Experience producing short-form video content and photography, including planning, shooting, editing, and final delivery.
  • Experience supporting events, tours, or visits involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and time management.
