About the Role

We are seeking a Business Resilience Strategist to help strengthen organizational ability to anticipate, respond to, and recover from disruptions. This role supports global initiatives that enhance resilience across crisis management, business continuity, and employee well-being.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Strategic Resilience Initiatives: Support cross-functional projects that improve resilience programs.
  • Develop & Implement Programs: Contribute to global crisis management strategies and integrate them with other resilience disciplines.
  • Manage Projects: Lead initiatives related to governance, response structures, and executive training.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with HR, Legal, and product teams to ensure effective crisis planning and execution.
  • Enable Continuous Improvement: Incorporate lessons learned from exercises and real-world events into program enhancements.
  • Build Tools & Capabilities: Assist in creating and deploying tools that strengthen crisis management plans.
  • Ensure Quality: Review deliverables across domains to maintain high standards.
  • Provide Advisory Support: Offer guidance to stakeholders under leadership direction.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–6+ years of experience in crisis management, enterprise risk management, or related fields
  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments; consulting experience preferred
  • Experience collaborating with senior-level executives
  • Background in company-wide program development, ideally for Fortune-50 organizations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI-powered tools
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Experience supporting global programs
  • Bonus: Background in business transformation or change management
