Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the eCommerce Marketplace strategy to enhance omnichannel presence and optimize marketplace performance.
  • Drive growth across Harman Audio, JBL, IoT categories, and other initiatives through monthly/quarterly business plans and daily execution.
  • Collaborate with marketplace partners to develop joint business plans and secure investments to meet sales targets.
  • Analyze performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly) to identify conversion and traffic drivers.
  • Lead bottoms-up planning and forecasting aligned with category-specific promotional and marketing plans.
  • Partner with Channel Marketing to develop campaigns and improve customer-facing content and messaging.
  • Evaluate promotion performance by customer cohorts to inform targeted offer strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to boost carrier collaboration and investment in connected TV sales.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations on business strategies and deep dives.
  • Monitor model-level profitability and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, seasonality, and competitor developments.
  • Conduct financial analysis to meet/exceed revenue and profitability goals.
  • Create promotional copy in alignment with legal standards and drive execution across marketing channels.
  • Continuously assess and improve the customer experience journey to maximize conversion.

 

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce marketplaces.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management across all organizational levels.
  • Strong track record of delivering business results under pressure.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence across departments.
  • Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in Excel required, Tableau preferred.
  • Structured, process-oriented problem solver with agile execution capabilities.
