These programs and teams are closely interconnected and operate within a complex, global delivery environment. This role is critical to translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, improving end-to-end processes, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value.
The Business Analyst will partner closely with VRO leadership, Product Owners, Program Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define problems, shape solutions, and support execution across large, strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong core business analysis capabilities, strategic and product-oriented thinking, solid data literacy, and the ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis and Process Improvement
Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories with defined acceptance criteria. Manage requirements throughout the full lifecycle, including traceability, change control, and impact analysis. Develop and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation using standard process modeling tools. Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and support decision-making through structured analysis, root cause analysis, and cost-benefit evaluation. Produce and maintain business analysis deliverables such as business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategic and Product-Focused Support
Work across a broad stakeholder landscape to understand priorities, constraints, and pain points. Facilitate alignment across stakeholders when requirements conflict and support structured decision forums as needed. Help define clear problem statements, desired outcomes, and success metrics for VRO initiatives. Support business case development by assessing benefits, costs, risks, and change impacts. Partner with Product Owners and Program Managers to refine and prioritize backlogs based on value, risk, and dependencies. Contribute to defining minimum viable products, release plans, and feature prioritization aligned with long-term platform strategy. Ensure regulatory, compliance, and risk requirements are appropriately considered and reflected in solution designs.
Technical and Data Analysis
Use data, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to assess current performance and validate recommendations. Collaborate with analytics teams to define requirements for new dashboards and insights. Maintain a working understanding of systems, integrations, data flows, and architecture to inform feasible solution options. Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to clarify requirements, support solution design, and ensure appropriate test coverage. Maintain documentation and backlogs using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence. Build and maintain process and data models using standard diagramming tools. Create executive-ready materials and analysis using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Leadership and Ways of Working
Facilitate effective meetings and working sessions with clear outcomes, actions, and ownership. Influence stakeholders toward realistic, value-driven solutions while balancing scope, timeline, and quality. Challenge assumptions constructively using data and structured analysis. Support change management efforts, including stakeholder impact assessments, communications, training considerations, and adoption tracking. Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex, cross-functional programs. Demonstrated success leading end–To-end requirements and process analysis initiatives. Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments in partnership with Product Owners and delivery teams. Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders. Hands?on experience with common business analysis and delivery tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content for executive, business, and technical audiences.
