Location: Remote (Company based in Chicago, IL)
Job Type: W2 Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
Pay Rate: Starting at $35/hourly with optional benefits packages including PTO, medical insurance, and 401k

Responsibilities

  • Review and input business continuity data into enterprise planning tools
  • Build and maintain teams and rosters within Business Continuity and Site Plans
  • Develop and update end-user documentation, training materials, presentations, and guides
  • Collaborate with Process Owners, Coordinators, and Plan Owners
  • Create and share data visualizations to support operational health
  • Ensure timely project completion and provide consistent progress updates

Requirements

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete projects effectively
  • Independent judgment and decision-making based on data analysis
  • Manual data validation and migration (exporting, importing, transforming, verifying)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Fusion Risk Management
  • Adaptability to change and openness to diverse ideas
  • Comfort working in agile development environments
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to identify potential failures and recommend solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of procedures and concepts related to data migration

Experience

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Business Continuity Planning tools
  • Up to 2 years of experience in business planning and documentation roles
