Details: 24-month contract with ongoing need, opportunity for direct hire, fully onsite role
Pay Rate: $38.00 – 41.00/hr. with benefit inclusions
Job Summary
The position supports Dealer Planning system operations and integration. The candidate will recommend process improvements and optimizations, evaluate existing processes, and execute projects to implement changes. The role involves contributing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) supply chain expertise and solution management, conducting research and analysis to evaluate existing and new process elements. This opportunity offers exposure to global Sales and Operations processes, collaboration with industry and production partner teams, and interaction with international dealer networks.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document existing business processes
  • Consult business partners and customers to understand needs and impacts
  • Evaluate new business process improvements
  • Recommend and oversee process improvement opportunities
  • Understand and interact with existing data and process automation solutions
  • Work with process-enabling data and digital solutions
  • Apply digital solutions across various product applications and global markets
  • Collaborate closely with immediate team on forecasting and order management
  • Work with partner teams in planning production and supply
  • Report directly to team lead
  • Operate in an office setting

Years of Experience and Education

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Sales and Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain-related science is required
  • Internship experience may be considered depending on relevancy
  • Comparable backgrounds include Business Development, Solutions Architect, Business Analyst, or Project Manager
  • Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience is acceptable
