Business Process Analyst II (AI Enablement / Product Owner)- Hybrid
Location: Lake Mary, Florida OR Chicago. Illinois
Pay Rate: $55-$60/hour
Overview
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst II who operates at the intersection of Business Analysis, Product Ownership, and AI enablement. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering AI-driven productivity and workflow solutions that improve business operations.
You will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to define use cases, translate requirements, and deliver high-impact solutions using tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and other generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
- Manage and prioritize a backlog of AI and process improvement initiatives
- Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver incremental value
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Gather and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
- Map current-state and future-state workflows to identify improvements
- Define business rules, output standards, and success metrics
- Align stakeholders across business and technical teams
AI Enablement & Prompt Engineering
- Design, test, and refine prompts for tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Gemini
- Build and maintain reusable prompt templates and libraries
- Develop evaluation frameworks to ensure output quality and consistency
- Perform iterative testing and continuous improvement of AI outputs
Adoption & Change Management
- Create playbooks, guides, and training materials to support AI adoption
- Provide support to business users leveraging AI tools
- Gather feedback and drive continuous process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (prompt writing, testing, refinement)
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial P&C Insurance
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
- Experience working across multiple AI platforms (e.g., Gemini, Copilot)
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices (privacy, security, governance)
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or AI-900
