Job Description:
This Analyst for AI role supports the day-to-day operation, administration, and user support of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Lovable within Harvard Business School. The position combines application support, user provisioning, troubleshooting, documentation, and business analysis responsibilities while partnering with faculty, staff, and learners to ensure AI solutions meet business needs. Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving skills, experience supporting software applications, and an interest in AI technologies and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for AI applications, diagnosing, troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving technical issues.
  • Provision and deprovision user access for AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, and other AI tools.
  • Configure and maintain AI applications to align with business and operational requirements.
  • Gather and document business requirements, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop technical documentation, knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
  • Support software development lifecycle activities, including requirements reviews, testing, validation, and release support.
  • Create and execute test plans and test scripts to ensure functionality, quality, and regression-free deployments.
  • Participate in projects as an application subject matter expert, providing technical and business process guidance.
  • Leverage APIs, reporting, and data analytics tools to support platform administration and user needs.
  • Conduct user outreach, training, and communication related to AI platforms and services.
  • Provide occasional after-hours support during releases, critical incidents, and major business events.
