Global Sourcing & Supply Manager (GSSM)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid)
Contract Length: 9-Month Contract w/ potential for extension based on business needs and performance
Compensation: $68.09/hr W2


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Global Sourcing & Supply Manager (GSSM) to support strategic sourcing initiatives within a fast-paced, global organization. This role will focus on supplier management, contract negotiations, spend analysis, and supply chain optimization for contact center operations. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, possess strong negotiation skills, and have experience managing supplier relationships while driving cost, quality, and operational improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships.
  • Conduct supplier financial research, spend analysis, and cost evaluations.
  • Lead supplier negotiations to achieve favorable commercial terms and cost savings.
  • Analyze supply chain capacity, performance, and benchmarking data.
  • Identify supply risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Drive process improvements, reporting, and sourcing best practices.
  • Support program management activities, escalations, and strategic initiatives.

Education & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Operations, or related disciplines.
  • Experience managing supplier and vendor relationships.
  • Proven experience negotiating contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
