We’re hiring a hands-on IT Support professional to support enterprise users across corporate offices and distribution environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with end users, and managing IT equipment lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide frontline technical support for enterprise systems and applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems (Windows 7+)
- Support A/V, conferencing, and onsite meeting technology
- Handle onboarding/offboarding (imaging new devices, access setup, equipment)
- Manage IT assets, scanners, and inventory
- Partner with operations teams and vendors for support and repairs
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of IT support experience
- Active Directory (access management & password resets)
- Windows desktop support & PC hardware troubleshooting
- Imaging and deploying new devices
- Support for desktops, peripherals, and scanners
- Microsoft Office / MS supportTechnical Skills:
- Basic networking (router troubleshooting, VPN support)
- Experience working with firewalls
- Cisco networking exposure
- ERP systems (nice to have)
- Salesforce experience (plus)

Schedule:
- M–F, 8 AM – 5 PM initially
- Adjusts after ~45 days, Tuesday & Thursday 10am-7pm
