Now Hiring: Client Support Associate (IT Support)
Onsite – Cookeville, TN
$29/hour 
Contract-to-Hire Opportunity-W2

We’re hiring a hands-on IT Support professional to support enterprise users across corporate offices and distribution environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with end users, and managing IT equipment lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide frontline technical support for enterprise systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems (Windows 7+)
  • Support A/V, conferencing, and onsite meeting technology
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding (imaging new devices, access setup, equipment)
  • Manage IT assets, scanners, and inventory
  • Partner with operations teams and vendors for support and repairs

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of IT support experience 
  • Active Directory (access management & password resets)
  • Windows desktop support & PC hardware troubleshooting
  • Imaging and deploying new devices
  • Support for desktops, peripherals, and scanners
  • Microsoft Office / MS supportTechnical Skills:
  • Basic networking (router troubleshooting, VPN support)
  • Experience working with firewalls
  • Cisco networking exposure
  • ERP systems (nice to have)
  • Salesforce experience (plus)

Schedule:

  • M–F, 8 AM – 5 PM initially
  • Adjusts after ~45 days, Tuesday & Thursday 10am-7pm
