Computer Support Associate (Tier 2 Support)
Location: Moline, IL (Onsite)
Pay: $25.00–$26.10/hr

Overview
Seeking an IT Support Associate to provide onsite Tier 2 deskside support in Moline, IL, along with occasional support for remote office, training, and demo locations.
Responsibilities
• Provide Tier 2 desktop support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Image, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot laptops and desktops
• Resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow and other support queues
• Support printers and peripherals, including toner replacement and basic maintenance
• Maintain asset records, inventory, and equipment lifecycle documentation
• Follow knowledge base articles and established procedures to resolve user issues
• Create and maintain process logs, incident reports, inventory records, and customer updates
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate equipment and supply needs
• Escalate issues that fall outside established support procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with end users
• Travel to remote sites across the U.S. that do not have dedicated onsite IT support
Requirements
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting fundamentals
• Understanding of computer security concepts and security best practices
• Experience using Microsoft Office and standard business applications
• Ability to document issues, follow procedures, and maintain accurate records
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ year of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
• Experience with computer imaging, asset management, or printer support
• Recent IT graduates are encouraged to apply
Education
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Schedule
• 1st Shift
• 100% Onsite in Moline, IL
• Occasional travel required
• Overtime, weekend, and on-call support may occur but is rare
