Schedule: 

Monday – Friday, Onsite, 1st Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM – Minimal overtime 

 

Pay Range: 

$35.71 per hour

Job Description:  

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Optimize Digital Properties: Continuously improve Sentera’s e-commerce platform, customer support resources, and website experiences to enhance usability, customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall digital performance. 

  • Develop Customer and Dealer Content: Create, manage, and update marketing materials, product content, training resources, and support documentation that enable customer success and dealer adoption both in-house and at various trade shows 

  • Analyze and Improve Content Performance: Monitor websites, e-commerce, and content analytics to identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and implement data-driven improvements that support business objectives. 

  • Support Product Growth Initiatives: Develop targeted content and digital campaigns that drive adoption and sales of PixelScout, FieldAgent, and Sentera’s sensor portfolio while supporting broader go-to-market strategies. 

  • Collaborate Across Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, product management, customer success, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational growth goals. 

  • Other job duties as assigned 

 

Requirements  

  • 3+ years in content marketing, digital marketing, or web content management 

  • Experience managing website content and marketing materials 

  • Proven ability to use analytics to improve customer engagement and business results 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience optimizing e-commerce platforms, websites, and digital customer journeys 

  • Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization 

  • Experience creating content for technical, software, or agricultural technology products 

  • Experience supporting product launches, dealer networks, and go-to-market initiatives 

  • Ability to translate customer insights and data into actionable content and business recommendations 

 

Skills 

  • Content creation and digital marketing expertise 

  • Website, e-commerce, and user experience optimization 

  • Data analysis and performance reporting 

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills 

 

Education 

  • Graphic Design, Marketing preferred but will consider candidates without a degree with 5 or more years of applicable experience
