Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities

Optimize Digital Properties: Continuously improve Sentera’s e-commerce platform, customer support resources, and website experiences to enhance usability, customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall digital performance.

Develop Customer and Dealer Content: Create, manage, and update marketing materials, product content, training resources, and support documentation that enable customer success and dealer adoption both in-house and at various trade shows

Analyze and Improve Content Performance: Monitor websites, e-commerce, and content analytics to identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and implement data-driven improvements that support business objectives.

Support Product Growth Initiatives: Develop targeted content and digital campaigns that drive adoption and sales of PixelScout, FieldAgent, and Sentera’s sensor portfolio while supporting broader go-to-market strategies.

Collaborate Across Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, product management, customer success, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational growth goals.

Requirements
-
3+ years in content marketing, digital marketing, or web content management
-
Experience managing website content and marketing materials

Proven ability to use analytics to improve customer engagement and business results
Preferred Qualifications

Experience optimizing e-commerce platforms, websites, and digital customer journeys

Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization

Experience creating content for technical, software, or agricultural technology products

Experience supporting product launches, dealer networks, and go-to-market initiatives

Ability to translate customer insights and data into actionable content and business recommendations

Education
