Job Title: Contract Negotiation & Management Specialist
Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Riverwoods, IL
Work Arrangement: Remote with occasional travel to Riverwoods as needed
Pay Range: $80 – $85 per hour
Summary
We are seeing 3 experienced, legally trained-contract negotiation and management specialists to support the documentation and negotiation of highly complex business agreements. This role requires extensive in-house contracting experience with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within the payments industry
Required Qualifications
- 6 or more years of post-qualification legal experience
- Several years of hands-on contract drafting and negotiation experience
- In-house legal or contract management experience (candidates from law firms only will not be considered)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the payments industry
- Familiarity with contract management systems and platforms
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or technology enabled tools to support contract review and management
