Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Recruiter II to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing strategic talent guidance while driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of functions. The ideal candidate is consultative, data-driven, and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence, industry trends, and talent availability insights to develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Lead and facilitate successful intake meetings and recruiting strategy sessions with hiring teams.
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract top talent while aligning with business objectives and hiring goals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting company culture and values throughout the recruiting process.

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer support, and onboarding.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates through various recruiting channels and networking strategies.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and present qualified talent to hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, requisition activity, and dispositioning throughout the ATS.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with cross-functional Talent Acquisition teams including Sourcing, Recruiting Coordination, Onboarding, Compensation, and DE&I.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, talent pipelines, and market conditions.

Process Excellence & Analytics

  • Drive recruiting excellence by meeting key talent acquisition metrics, including Time-to-Fill and Time-to-Start.
  • Support candidate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date.
  • Participate in special projects related to employer branding, social media recruiting strategies, process improvements, reporting, and recruiting analytics.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through onboarding.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence and advise hiring leaders.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and changing environments.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working effectively in remote and/or hybrid work environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Workday ATS.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and recruiting analytics.
  • Experience supporting high-volume or corporate recruiting environments.
