Epitec is seeking an experienced Dealer Support Coordinator to join our automotive client’s team in Detroit, MI. As a Dealer Support Coordinator, the candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day execution and consistency of the client’s dealer rental program.
- This is an ongoing W2 contract with potential for conversion
- This is a hybrid position in Detroit, MI (4 days onsite)
- This position offers $37.95/hour, 10 days PTO, medical & retirement contributions (if desired)
Top Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for the dealer network regarding the dealer rental program
- Support Dealer Daily Rental Managers, internal teams, and external partners with rental-related inquiries
- Review and process Dealer Rental Exception (DRE) requests
- Generate and distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports (e.g., Units in Operation, Enrollment, VIN updates)
- Update program documentation and eligibility details on dealer-facing web pages
- Submit and test rental incentive changes
- Partner with the Ford Pro Contact Center of Excellence to resolve rental inquiries and issues
- Conduct in-service audits to ensure program adherence and coordinate findings with audit teams
- Maintain accurate procedure and process documentation
- Utilize multiple systems, databases, and online tools to investigate and resolve concerns
- Work in a hybrid environment (remote and on-site)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-facing experience supporting internal or external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting or communicating with a dealer network
- Experience with data or analytics dashboards
- Familiarity with dealer operations, rental programs, or automotive-related environments
