About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Corporate Real Estate to lead and deliver corporate interior construction and real estate projects across our U.S. locations. This role oversees the full project lifecycle—from programming and design through budgeting, scheduling, construction, and closeout—while partnering closely with internal teams, external consultants, and leadership stakeholders.
This is a fully onsite role supporting a fast?paced Corporate Real Estate organization, ensuring our workplaces align with business needs, brand standards, and strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead programming and requirements development for commercial and office interior construction projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables from planning through closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, project teams, and steering committees
- Select and manage architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Collaborate with Facilities, end?users, and design teams to develop space plans, renderings, and furniture layouts
- Oversee design phases including preliminary, alternate, and construction documentation
- Review contracts, cost estimates, change orders, and TI reimbursement packages
- Conduct regular site observations and manage QA/QC activities
- Resolve field, design, and construction issues to maintain alignment with project standards
- Provide consistent project updates and reporting to leadership and HQ teams
- Support CFO and Controller to ensure projects remain within approved budgets and timelines
- Contribute to workplace strategy, standards, and sustainability initiatives
- Assist with leasing activities as needed, including site selection, renewals, expansions, contractions, subleases, and dispositions (up to 25%)
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in workplace planning, corporate interiors, or commercial construction project management
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction processes, including construction documents and MEP systems
- Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, and consultant teams
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to interact with senior leadership
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
- Professional, collaborative, and committed to team success
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi?site or multi?regional corporate real estate projects
- Familiarity with integrated project tracking and reporting systems
- Strong leadership, problem?solving, and mentoring ability
- Knowledge of workplace standards, sustainability design, and QA/QC best practices
- Bilingual in English/Korean is a plus for coordination with U.S. and HQ teams
